Description
Shmu and Zac Traeger met at Boston University and started making music together in 2008. *Zzoorrcchh*, their debut album, is composed of all their reworked demos. A very melodic album, with ethereal harmonies and deceptively groovy rhythms that are perfectly synchronized with the synthetic bass and the omnichord. Zorch combines the psychedelic, tribal, and experimental pop style of Animal Collective with the athletic, innovative, and mathematical style of Hella.
