After exploring free rock and creating two apocalyptic dark rock/rap albums with Casey, Zone Libre becomes colorful and becomes PolyUrbaine. An ode to the city, where afro, rock, freebeat, and odd time signatures collide, over which rappers Marc Nammour (La Canaille, Paris) and Mike Ladd (New York) ride. Their moving, slippery world is a clear refusal of constraints and mercantilism. The stage is a space of freedom where poetry and music follow only their own rules.
