Zito Righi alias Isidoro Righi, saxophonist, instrumentalist, bandleader and Brazilian composer gathered for this masterpiece a stellar cast, including the highly acclaimed singer Sônia Santos. Sônia delivers a masterclass on the album's opening track, and perhaps its jewel "Poema Ritmico Do Malandro". The song is fierce and infectious with a seductive funk intro that erupts into a Samba/Batucada workout.
