The duo Andy Platts and Shawn Lee, better known as Young Gun Silver Fox, shines once again with their fifth studio album. *Pleasure*, a journey to imaginary worlds full of sunshine and relaxation. Musicians, composers, singers, and producers with international careers, Shawn Lee and Andy Platts have forged an excellent reputation in the global soul and funk community, well beyond their respective bands Young Gun Silver Fox and Mamas Gun. They are rightfully at the forefront of the astonishing Westcoast and AOR (Album Oriented Rock) revival. *Pleasure* showcases, across ten tracks, a band at the peak of its artistry, perfecting its blend of sunny pop-soul and yacht rock with an authentic groove and enviable talent for songwriting and production, like a highway to good vibes. The first single, "Stevie & Sly," born from a jam, illustrates the direct production method chosen this time by Shawn and Platts: with the exception of the brass, few guests were involved; the tracks came to life in the studio, live and collaboratively, without demos or post-production.
