Description

This debut album is an adventure for YMNK, whose live performances leave no one indifferent, as evidenced by his notable appearances at Bars en Trans, the Francofaune festival in Brussels, Phoque Off in Quebec, and in early 2025 at the Hyper Week-End Festival in Paris. A DIY prince, the Lille-based producer builds his own instruments to deliver his modular synthesizers, hypnotic loops and Möbius strips, accompanied by invigorating electric guitars. An adventure that continues after a first EP released in 2023, accompanied by the Wiser Records label and already supported by Radio France as well as on the stages of summer festivals, including Main Square. An electro-futuristic and sensitive one-man band, YMNK will engulf all curious big-eared listeners in a sonic tidal wave made of loops and cables, lights and LEDs, humor and creativity.
