In 2022, the highly anticipated Worlds Collide Tour kicked off. Few collaborations in Within Temptation's career have generated as much excitement as their headlining tour with Evanescence, which had been postponed four times due to COVID. As soon as the world reopened, the Worlds Collide Tour finally took place. For over four weeks, the tour traveled through 17 cities in Europe and the UK, offering a total of 19 performances. For this tour, Within Temptation and Evanescence saw an incredible amount of over 200,000 tickets sold, 7,703 km traveled, 8 tour buses serving as mobile homes for the artists and crew, twelve trailers loaded with equipment to power the show, and a dedicated team of over 80 experienced individuals whose tireless efforts ensured the smooth running of every aspect of the tour. During the Worlds Collide Tour, Within Temptation played two sold-out concerts in their home country at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam (Netherlands). It was their very first headlining concert at the Ziggo Dome, and a total of 30,000 fans were there to witness it.
