A fifth album to celebrate a decade of existence marks a new creative stage and renewed energy for the London trio Five. The musical landscape has changed considerably over the past ten years, but fans have remained loyal and engaged with the band internationally and in the UK. The band explains that this album is a landmark in White Lies' career. New musical explorations and the discovery of new territories have been achieved on this project. In short, a new chapter for the trio. Writing and recording took place on both sides of the Atlantic, including a creative stay in Los Angeles where they worked with Ed Buller, producer of White Lies' last two albums. The album's creation process involved former collaborators while allowing the freedom to create the desired project. The album features sound engineer James Brown (Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters) and producer Flood, who played keyboards on some tracks. Grammy Award winner Alan Moulder (Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, The Killers), after working on the first two albums, returns to mix this one.
