Kids Are Lo-Fi - Vinyle Bleu

Description

THE FIRST SELF-PRODUCED ALBUMAVAILABLE ON BLUE VINYLBringing the fury back with plenty of fuzz and a dash of pop. With an average age of 24, We Hate You Please Die seeks a certain trance, one unencumbered by genre, even if garage/punk/rock influences are never far off.Raw and electric, they crave energetic and cathartic concerts where the equation would include Ty Segall, The Cramps, Fucked Up, or The Vines. A breath of fresh air, necessary tension, clenched teeth, raw vocal cords, good-natured tunes, bouncing elves, blonde, brown, blue curls, girls, boys, boy-girls, and girl-boys—who cares, the era is transgender. A metallic taste in the mouth, but warm and sweet. Angry WHYPD... But a benevolent, nourishing, vitalistic, solar anger, as if Son Goku took himself for Iggy Pop, or if Hulk whispered in your ear "I feel lonely." Hailing from Rouen, the band released their first self-produced album, entitled Kids Are Lo-fi, in October 2018, recorded in Rouen with Adrian d'Epinay (MNNQNS) and Hugo Magontier (SerVo). It is now being reissued by Howlin' Banana Records and Le Cèpe Records, while awaiting the release of a second album in 2021. Limited edition blue vinyl.
