The charity event took place over two days at the Cellular Center in Asheville, North Carolina, the guitarist's hometown, on December 7 and 8, 2018.It includes performances by Gov't Mule who presented their "Dark Side Of The Mule" tribute to Pink Floyd, as well as Grace Potter, Jamey Johnson, Marco Benevento and Mike Gordon. Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl also headlined one evening for a concert titled "Dave Grohl And Friends Play 'Play'", referencing his 23-minute instrumental. Eric Church, Jim James and Joe Bonamassa complete the lineup along with many special guests.
