The hidden sons of Kraftwerk, or the consequence of Dave Gahan's many adventures during his 1988 US tour? Perhaps a reconditioning of Bishop that Ridley Scott kept in the fridge, or even two rebellious students who skipped classes to compose in their attic room? The truth is actually more astonishing... they are two policemen, jaded by their daily routine, who ended up setting to music the complaints of women arriving at the 19th arrondissement police station.
