Living Being II is a kind of update. New music, new direction, new identity. Vincent Peirani is a jazz musician who is comfortable with world music, classical music, French chanson, and pop. Recorded in Brussels in March 2017 in just four days, "Night Walker" features an even more powerful quintet, even more radical in channelling its energy. The mixing with sound engineer Boris Darley lasted several months, until the right sound was found. Melancholy of song, majesty of classical music, raw power of rock - Peirani unites them with his virtuosity. The interpretation of the track "Bang Bang", immortalized by Nancy Sinatra, gently opens the album, while further on, "Kashmir To Heaven", which refers to famous tracks by the legendary rock band Led Zeppelin, stands out as the album's centrepiece and displays incredible energy.
