"While I was performing my one-man show 'Un soir de gala', I had the idea to ask artists I love to each choose a sketch or a moment from the show and turn it into a song. To write the musical version, the melancholic side of each of my characters. So that's what 'Un lendemain soir de gala' is: these are songs offered by Adrien Gallo, Albin de la Simone, Aldebert, Florent Marchet, Tim Dup, Jeanne Cherhal, Barcella, Juliette, Alex Beaupain, Pierre Lapointe, Jérémie Kisling, Ben Mazué, Vincent Delerm... and that I share with you in concerts and on an album. The show and the album could have been called Rire et Chansons but that was already taken."
