Introspekzio Eta Jostalagun Txalaparta Konektatua

Description

An unprecedented collision between tradition and avant-garde: Txaptrax redefines the techno pulse through the organic beats of the txalaparta, a centuries-old Basque instrument transformed into a living analog sequencer. A dialogue between resonant wood and machines, where each impact triggers modular sound architectures and evolving electronic textures. With Introspekzio eta jostalagun txalaparta konektatua (introspective and recreational connected txalaparta), the first part of a visionary trilogy, the Bayonne production house Catach_Prod and the label Fantôme Factory propel this acoustic techno into territories where acid trance and raw electroacoustics intersect. A hypnotic progression that invokes both James Holden and Plastikman as well as the kinetic energy of Drexciya and Phuture. Recorded by Johannes Buff (Sonic Youth, The Internet, Lysistrata, Zombie Zombie) at Shorebreaker Studio, this record is a manifesto for sensory and immersive club music, supported by the interactive scenography of Youri Fernandez. A hybrid experience, between introspection and rhythmic catharsis.
