Beacon

Description

After touring non-stop since November 2009, Alex Trimble, Kevin Baird, and Sam Halliday went to record 11 new tracks with one of today's greatest producers, Jacknife Lee, known in particular for his collaborations with R.E.M, BLOC PARTY, BLUR, and WEEZER. The result is a true statement of intent: to stay true to their fundamentals while fully embracing their love of pop, with a resolutely modern and ambitious approach. Since their first album Tourist History - a platinum record in England - which has sold over 1 million copies worldwide, TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB is considered by many to be one of the most important bands of the last 2 years thanks to, among other things, their relentless shows that have allowed them to tour the most renowned venues in the world and headline the biggest festivals. With Beacon, the band is preparing to take it a step further and go much further.
