Devotees of relentless DIY, the 5 Parisians of Twin Arrows recorded their self-titled debut album in 2012 in a suburban punk venue, forging a sound between heavy blues and psychedelic garage. From England to the Balkans, and of course through the clubs of France, the band then embarked on their initiatory road trip on stage. In 2015, they released Hell and Back and established themselves as an essential band on the French garage scene. Today, Twin Arrows returns with BarbecueThe Planet. The album, with its powerful pop melodies, is an odyssey between earth and space, taking us far into a post-apocalyptic psychedelic universe. Oscillating between melancholy and chill, Twin Arrows speaks to us of planets, spy satellites, space shuttles, dead cities, and secret places. Like pilot explorers, they sing to us of the earth seen from above. Often in two voices, the vocals soar over hallucinated synths and saturated guitars, all supported by a groove with heavy rhythms!
