Formed in 2011 in Savannah, Georgia (USA), Triathalon consists of Chad Chilton, Hunter Jayne, and Adam Intrator. Over the years, the band has experimented with various sounds, releasing 3 albums, an EP, and collaborating with several artists. Their 2020 EP Sleep Cycle blends fresh yet familiar sounds; there is a meditative quality in the music that is particularly welcome in the current climate. Mastered by long-time collaborator Alex Previty, some tracks on the EP feature lyrics that resemble mantras - simple thoughts repeated endlessly.
