The iconic Charlatans frontman unveils his 5th album! Tim Burgess is back! The musician, singer-songwriter, English music industry figure and, above all, lead singer of the legendary rock band The Charlatans will release his fifth solo album Typical Music on September 23rd via Bella Union/[PIAS]! Typical Music is a 22-track double album, a blockbuster of songs as vast and varied as they are rich. Recorded at the legendary Rockfield studio, Burgess spent 30 days with Thighpaulsandra and Daniel O'Sullivan. The former is the legendary keyboard, synthesizer and production wizard who has played with Coil, Julian Cope and Spiritualized. The latter is the former multi-instrumentalist of Grumbling Fur. Dave Fridmann then sprinkled the album with his magic, mixing all 22 tracks.
