The Who's 1982 North American tour was their last with Kenney Jones on drums and preceded the band's hiatus until 1989. This tour supported the album 'It's Hard', released in June 1982, and its setlist included several tracks, some of which were only played on this tour. The second night at Shea Stadium in New York was captured on October 13, 1982. Although a few tracks have already appeared in compilations and on video, this is the very first time that this concert has been released in its entirety on audio.
