This reissue is pressed on transparent green vinyl. The Undertones formed in Derry, Northern Ireland, in 1975 and released their debut album 'The Undertones' in 1979, which peaked at No. 13 on the UK charts. John and Damian O'Neill paired contagious guitar hooks with 60s garage, 70s glam rock, and Feargal Sharkey's distinctive vocal tremble. These qualities came together on their hit "Teenage Kicks", whose simplicity recalled the ideals of the 60s when the song was king.
