The English rockers of The Struts - Like Spiller (vocals), Adam Slack (guitar), Jed Elliott (bass), and Gethin Davies (drums) - are back with their first album under the Freesolo/Interscope Records label. You may have already seen the band in the capital; remember, in 2014 they opened for the Rolling Stones at the Stade de France. After several concerts in France, the band will be part of the line-up for the Download festival (June 11) and Mainsquare (July 3). HIGHLIGHTS Already praised by critics, notably from Entertainment Weekly and Yahoo Music, the album is described as "the most anticipated of 2016." The New York Times Style Magazine also praises the album, stating that "The Struts are headed for great things." It features their hit Could Have Been Me, released in 2015, which has over 17 million streams and 200,000 singles sold worldwide. The track also reached the top 5 of Modern Rock Radio and #1 on the Spotify viral chart. Thanks to this song, the band performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Late Night with Seth Meyers in 2015.
