New Wave of Finnish Snake Rock - The first album by The Snake will be released in March via Svart Records. The charisma of The Snake comes from a passion for a strong and sincere guitar sound, brilliant vocal harmonies, and lyrics straight out of a diary. The band was born from a long friendship between Nikita Titov and Elina Rahikainen. After spending a lot of time working together on a band idea, they found drummer Lauri Suutarinen, bassist Antti Orajärvi, and guitarist Waltteri Alatalo to complete the lineup. This group of old and new friends quickly found a meaningful connection between them and began to create. After releasing two singles and playing a handful of concerts before the release of their highly anticipated first album Always Bites Back, The Snake has built an engaging reverberating world under the influence of 60s music, strong fuzz, and the simple echo of the 90s, with even hints of country music.
