Magnificent box set containing the six cult albums of Skids, the punk rock band of the 80s notably thanks to their title Into The Valley (1979).- Scared to Dance, their first opus, reached number 19 in the charts and contains 8 bonus tracks, including the famous singles 'Sweet Suburbia', 'The Saints Are Coming' and 'Into The Valley'.- 'Days In Europa' album number 32 in the charts in 1979 includes the hits 'Charade', 'Working For The Yankee Dollar' as well as 'All The Young Dudes' (Mott The Hoople's version) from a Kid Jensen session of BBC Radio 1.- The Absolute Game, number 9 in the charts, contains the bonus track 'Strength Through Joy'.- Joy, the fourth album of the band, only available in LP format, is now released on CD with 6 bonus tracks.- Days in Europa (remix black version) available on CD format for the first time. The single 'Masquerade' (number 14 in the Charts) is included. The chance to discover the BBC In Concert, dating from March 1979 !- The Peel Sessions is another collector's album from Skids: the five sessions recorded for John Peel! The 21 tracks, never re-recorded before, appear on this CD for the first time. Included in the box set is a 40-page booklet of notes written by passionate journalist Tim Barr.
