The Rolling Stones - First Sessions "First Sessions" The Rolling Stones' first recordings - Limited Edition Red Vinyl LP Officially formed in 1963 by Brian Jones, Ian Stewart, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Dick Taylor, and Mick Avory, "The Rolling Stones" remain, along with the Beatles and Queen, the most popular British rock band in the world. In no less than 60 years of career, and some 250 million albums sold, the Stones have transcended generations and continue to influence the global rock scene. For the record, the Stones started playing together in 1962 and gave their first concerts in London. By 1963, the band found themselves alongside the Beatles and began to gain public recognition in 1964 with the release of their first album "The Rolling Stones". To celebrate Mick Jagger's and Keith Richards' 80th birthdays, as well as the 60th anniversary of the band's formation, here is a small vinyl LP edition featuring the Stones' first recordings: their first singles and 3 demos.
