Shackleton now finds his place in a brand new project on the Barcelona label Modern Obscure Music. The Purge of Tomorrow is an alias used by the artist to propose a new musical exploration. 'The Other Side of Devastation' is an investigation into a new form of depth. In contrast to the reductive label of "Ambient," these tracks were born from a live performance context. The objective was to create an immersive encounter where listeners are called upon to actively rid their minds of unnecessary thoughts. True to the trance elements that have made Shackleton famous, this EP does not rely on traditional structures or linear narrative.
