The album C.Q. was initially released in 1968 by the Dutch Nederbeat group The Outsiders, featuring Wally Tax (vocals), Ronnie Splinter (guitar), Leendert "Buzz" Busch (drums), and Frank Beek (bass guitar). The Outsiders, hailing from Amsterdam, were a key figure in the Dutch Nederbeat movement, a local interpretation of beat music inspired by the British invasion.
