THE MON is the solo project of Urlo, singer and bassist of the Italian heavy-psychedelic trio Ufomammut, active for many years, co-founder of the internationally renowned visual art collective Malleus Rock Art Lab, and of the independent label Supernatural Cat. "Songs Of Embrace" is the second chapter of "Embrace The Abandon". It is a presence, a closeness, the act of remaining. Not a call for comfort or resolution, but a stream of consciousness, a breath, a way of inhabiting what weighs. These are compositions meant to be listened to in one sitting, letting yourself be carried, rocked, and sometimes pushed back, as in an embrace.
