Finding rare records to reissue can require meticulous research and years of digging, but sometimes luck is on your side. We probably would never have heard of the Medium Wave Band if Gary from Mr Bongo hadn't known the record dealer Steve Ward, based in Wolverhampton. When offering Gary a few records for sale, he remembered that he had a spare copy of an old 45 that he thought might appeal to Gary. Steve didn't know much about this release, and it had never been sold on Discogs.
