Apocalipstick

Description

Originating from Vancouver, the band met in a studio in 2006 while recording a jingle. Since then, Shawn "The Harpoonist" Hall and Matthew "The Axe Murderer" Roger have become a duo armed with a set of harmonicas, percussion pedals, and a Telecaster. Their sound has evolved from folk to a distinctive electric blues/rock that is rough, wild, and very catchy. "Apocalipstick" is already their fifth album.
Noted for their live performances, they have toured major American festivals and won several awards in Canada. Many of their tracks can be found in television series such as "CSI," "NCIS: New Orleans," "The Good Wife," and "Blue Bloods."
