The reissue of "Regeneration" for the band's 30th anniversary! Regeneration was released in 2001. Recorded with Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, the album is more stripped-back and guitar-focused. The band moved away from the more orchestral sound they had favored until then. This album includes the singles Love What You Do, Bad Ambassador, and Perfect Lovesong. The CD edition includes 2 discs: the remastered album and a second CD of bonus tracks (B-sides, demos, and alternative takes chosen by Neil Hannon – most of which are completely unreleased). The CD comes with a booklet of photos and notes written by Neil that discuss the context and inspirations behind this album and these tracks. The LP edition includes the original remastered album with a download code for the album and bonus tracks. The LP is a heavyweight black gatefold with photos, credits, and notes from Neil.
