Description
The reissue of "Liberation" as part of the group's 30th anniversary! Liberation is the first album of the group released in 1993. Although it was not a commercial success, it achieved a certain critical success. Melody Maker described Neil as a genius in its review at the time. The CD edition includes 2 discs: the remastered album and a second CD of bonus tracks (B-sides, demos, and alternative takes chosen by Neil Hannon - most of which are completely unreleased). The CD comes with a booklet of photos and notes written by Neil that discuss the context and inspirations behind this album and these tracks. The LP edition includes the original remastered album with a download code for the album and the bonus tracks.
