Attention event! 10 years after the excellent Mountain Battles, All Nerve marks the grand return of Kim and Kelley Deal, Josephine Wiggs, and Jim MacPherson – the lineup responsible for the cult classic 'Last Splash' released in 1993.
Originally a parallel project of Kim Deal, the legendary bassist of the Pixies, The Breeders eventually became a full-fledged band at the end of the flagship group of the American alternative scene due to Frank Black's growing solo ambitions. Propelled worldwide by the catchy ‘Cannonball', their second album Last Splash became one of the best albums of the 90s and a globally successful record. The quartet reunited on stage in 2013 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of this iconic album and had since retreated together into the studio to work on new tracks for their fifth album.

Recorded across three studios - Candyland in Kentucky with Mike Montgomery, Electrical Audio in Chicago with Steve Albini and Greg Norman, and Fernwood in Ohio with Tom Rastikis - All Nerve confirms that the legend is very much alive with an intact rock energy, subtle compositions that Kim Deal is known for, and her always unique voice.
