'Sunshine Hit Me', the debut album from The Bees, was released in 2002. The album was recorded and produced by band members Paul Butler and Aaron Fletcher in a shed studio on the Isle of Wight. 'Sunshine Hit Me' draws on a wide range of influences such as psychedelia, reggae, indie and 1960s rock, and was nominated for the Mercury Prize.
Remastered by Electric Mastering, [PIAS] Recordings Catalogue will re-release 'Sunshine Hit Me' as a limited edition on blue vinyl matching the album's iconic artwork.
