Description

It has now been more than a decade since the group The Bad Plus redefined the art of the Piano - Bass - Drums trio. Uncompromising, blending original compositions and well-thought-out covers, the group has built a reputation worldwide. Made Possible is the 8th album of the group. Reid Anderson (bass), Ethan Iverson (piano), and Dave King (drums) raise the bar even higher and once again prove that they break free from all the rules and barriers that govern music. Made Possible is also a new beginning for the group. Synthetic and electronic sounds are used for the first time. For the first time since 2005, the group recorded far from their native Minnesota and returned to New York. An album composed of 9 tracks (8 originals and one cover in tribute to Paul Motian).
