Description

Initially released only in digital format in March 2022, this 19-track album is now available for the first time in physical format. It features alternative versions of some of the band's most popular songs from their 20-year legendary career, such as "Wasteland", "The Unknown" and "Fix Me". Guitarist Brian Vodinh explains: "The idea for Deconstructed started as a simple acoustic performance. Then, while working on adapting some tracks to an acoustic context, I started wondering: 'What if we played this on the piano?!' Once we considered other instruments, the project quickly gained momentum and became one of the most challenging, yet also most rewarding, we have undertaken." "The deconstructed versions really touched me emotionally," adds singer Jesse Hasek. "Singing over the orchestrations created by Brian and Matt was a different experience. It was intimate, as if they had truly carved a path for my voice to find its place in these arrangements. I hope people can listen to these versions and find the spirit we intended to convey."
