Originally from British Columbia, Canadian producer Jamison Isaak did not expect to spend his adult life traveling the world to create songs, but his exposure as a teenager to iconic music videos of French house had a lasting spell on him. Catalyzed by the images and synthetic sounds from distant oceans, he patiently taught himself to use primitive recording software and programs, reverse-engineering the fleeting horizons of dance that had completely enchanted him.
