Description

Their first musical meeting dates back to 2011 when TEDDY THOMPSON & KELLY JONES sang a George Jones song in duet at the Largo Club in Los Angeles. The musical spark was immediate, leading to a long collaboration on both coasts of the US (she lives in Los Angeles and he in New York). Together they write the songs that will make up this album Little Windows, with the collaboration of Bill DeMain. Inspired by the Everly Brothers, Buddy Holly, and Sam Cooke, the 10 songs on the album explore themes of joy, melancholy, and the whims of the heart. To maintain this classic sound, the album was recorded live with producer Mike Viola with a group of fine musicians including Pete Thomas on drums, Davey Farragher on bass, Steve Elliot on guitars, Daniel Clarke on keyboards, and Teddy Thompson on guitars.
