ARTIFACT marks a new chapter in Parov Stelar's creative career. For this album, the Austrian drew inspiration from fragments of memory. The tracks oscillate between captivating pop and electronic concepts, late romantic grandeur and cinematic power. Musically, this results in a very open and emotional language: electronic sounds merge with classical orchestration, strings and piano. It is a sound that culminates with hits such as Rebel Love, Falling Into Time and the Artifact version of Art Deco by Lana Del Rey.
