ANIMATED LENTICULAR VINYL COVER.It was in the summer of 2018 that Margot (vocals/bass), Théo (vocals/guitar) and Eliott (drums) began composing what would become 'Funtastic'.Spending a month in the youth center of Margot's childhood village, the three of them set about creating new songs. Very quickly, the atmosphere of the place shaped a tailor-made environment of bright colors and all kinds of mattresses. A welcome return to their roots helped them break away from the usual bass, guitar, and drum formulas and experiment with group composition. Infused with the sweetness of summer, the first tracks from this session would soon face new life experiences. The loss of loved ones and personal changes led to major upheavals for the band members, only strengthening their initial desire: to look to the future.The album title, 'Funtastic', resonates as the name of a new horizon, full of nostalgia, bittersweet carelessness, but also full of positivity. In just 33 minutes, 'Funtastic' is a heterogeneous concentrate where saturated pop songs become electronic, noise anthems transform into experimental ground, and lullabies offer soothing breaths.
