CAVE VAULTS ON THE MOON IN NEW MEXICO

Their first album titled "Cave Vaults On The Moon In New Mexico" explores ethereal music through their vocal duo, swirling guitars, and hypnotic rhythms. Tan Cologne is the new project of Lauren Green (formerly Mirror Travel) and interdisciplinary artist Marissa Macias. The two artists met in Taos (Mexico) five years ago and began exploring new musical terrains together, far from the usual creation, with New Mexico as a travel axis.
Working on the sound atmosphere, the album Cave Vaults was recorded in two unique spaces - a 250-year-old historic fortress located in Ranchos de Taos Plaza, and a hut from a hippie community in northern New Mexico.
Everything you will hear here was written, performed, recorded, and produced by Lauren Green and Marissa Macias. The only outside musician on the project is Green's mother, who plays flute on New Dune and Empty Vessels.
