As is customary, Sun Kil Moon doles out information about his various projects little by little, and this collaboration is no exception... In early 2015, during a rare interview for Uncut magazine, Mark Kozelek alluded to this collaboration, which was officially confirmed via the Twitter account of Jesu's frontman (an industrial and electronic project) on April 27th. Since then, a few details have emerged: a tracklisting in January, a release date in September, two streaming excerpts in October... And now, the album's release on the Rough Trade label for Europe. It's worth noting that Mark Kozelek and experimental artist Justin K. Broadrick collaborated with Will Oldham (Bonnie Prince Billy), Mimi Parker & Alan Sparhawk (Low), Isaac Brock (Modest Mouse), and Rachel Goswell (Slowdive) on this album.
