After reforming for a charity concert at the Royal Albert Hall for the Teenage Cancer Trust in 2010, Suede decided to record a new album in the wake of the concert. Reunited with Ed Buller, producer of the band's first three albums, they recorded "Bloodsports", the band's sixth album, in 2012. Released in March 2013, it debuted at number ten on the UK album chart and contains the singles "It Starts And Ends with You", "Hit Me" and "For The Strangers".This new 10th anniversary edition of "Bloodsports" has been mastered by Barry Grint at AIR Mastering from the original stereo masters using precision half-speed mastering. Half-speed mastering is a vinyl cutting technique that improves groove accuracy and transient information, creating an incredibly detailed stereo image with a natural high-frequency response.Presented in its original gatefold sleeve, pressed on 180-gram black vinyl, with an obi strip and a polyethylene-lined inner sleeve, with all lyrics and credits on the 4-page insert.
