Focus
Description
Released in 1961 on Verve Records, Focus is a singular entry into saxophonist Stan Getz's discography—a chamber jazz suite composed and arranged by Eddie Sauter, with Getz as the sole improviser. Pairing Getz's expressive tenor saxophone with a string orchestra led by Hershy Kay, Focus remains one of the most artistically audacious projects in Getz's legacy. This edition is newly mastered from the analog tapes and pressed on 180g vinyl.Buy Focus at the best price
