Spiderland CD + DVD

Released in 1991, Spiderland is SLINT’s second and final album. Considered one of the founding works of post-rock, the album has become a cult classic. Recorded in four days in 1990, Spiderland also marked SLINT’s breakup, with the members going on to devote themselves to various projects. David Pajo nevertheless sent the record to the Touch and Go label, which released it the following year quietly but to rave critical acclaim. Touch and Go is now reissuing the album in a remastered version in two editions: CD + DVD and 180g vinyl + DVD. The CD + DVD edition contains: - The album remastered by Bob Weston from the original recordings, on CD - "Breadcrumb Trail," a 90-minute documentary about the recording of the album and its impact - A download code for 14 bonus tracks and demos selected by SLINT - Heavyweight “tip-on” gatefold packaging with a 20-page booklet.
