Sleater-Kinney is a legendary rock band founded in Washington State in 1994. The band members are Corin Tucker (vocals and guitar), Carrie Brownstein (vocals and guitar), and Janet Weiss (drums). Sleater-Kinney was known for its left-leaning tendencies and feminist views and was an integral part of the riot grrrl movement and the Pacific Northwest indie scene. The Sub Pop label is re-releasing all of the band's albums.
