Acoustic

Description

This album follows seven years during which the band went from strong blow to strong blow, becoming more relevant than ever. On ''Simple Minds Acoustic'', the band managed to embrace the acoustic without losing its essence, and the dozen of these songs loved by millions of people come out more organic, and perhaps even more destined to leave their marks. The synths have disappeared, but the Celtic spirit is still present. It was during one of the rare promo sessions for the band's 16th album, ''Big Music'', that the idea of an acoustic album emerged. The reactions, to the band's great surprise, were totally favorable.
