Singer-guitarist JD Simo, drummer Adam Abrashoff, and bassist Elad Shapiro offer smoky ballads ("I Want Love"), instrumental psychedelic desert-rock ("The Climb"), bluesy barnburners ("Light The Candle"), and Stax-style funk-rock ("Meditation"), all blending skillfully thanks to the charisma and chemistry of the trio, who had just spent over 300 days together touring the world.The band wanted to take their time and stayed locked in the House Of Blues Studio D in Nashville for an entire month, taking care to record each track in the finest detail. In the end, Simo successfully passes the difficult test of the second album with flying colors, without repeating himself, by recreating old sounds while also inventing new ones!
