Schedars/One Bonus Track Included

Description

Emerging from the depths of the Japanese underground scene, SCHEDARS is an incredible five-piece band with an explosive sound, rooted in the post-punk-no-wave aesthetic. Initially self-produced, their debut album is now being reissued worldwide. A hyperactive blend of piercing vocals, frenetic guitars and organs, sinuous saxophones, driving bass lines and nervous drum rhythms. Fans of bands like D.N.A., The Contortions, Phew or the early days of The Ex will be won over by SCHEDARS’ uncompromising and intense approach. With this debut album now reaching an international audience, SCHEDARS is well on its way to carving out a place of choice on the global post-punk scene, proving that the underground still has room for raw, visceral and avant-garde sounds. Get ready to experience SCHEDARS: controlled chaos meeting surgical musical precision.
