Description / Presentation: 1980 was a banner year for Saxon, as only eight months separated the release of "Strong Arm of the Law" from "Wheels of Steel." Right from the start, the band's instantly recognizable guitars unleashed an anthemic "Heavy Metal Thunder," followed by killer tracks like "20,000 Feet," "Hungry Years," and "Dallas 1 PM," which pays tribute to John Fitzgerald Kennedy. The band definitively etched its name into the Metal hall of fame with this achievement, further enhanced by the bonus tracks on this edition, including a new mix of "To Hell And Back Again" and the previously unreleased "Mandy" and "Mule Train."
