999

Description

SANTA, the neo-pop breakthrough artist, is enjoying meteoric success with the track “Popcorn salé.” With nearly 15 million streams, this moving and powerful song has been covered by contestants on The Voice and The Voice Kids, creating incredible virality and enthusiasm among the public. SANTA’s first EP, “999,” contains 6 tracks that showcase the exceptional talent of an eclectic singer-songwriter. Backed by rave reviews and an outstanding promotional campaign, this EP is set to be the musical surprise of this season. The charismatic singer from Hyphen Hyphen, SANTA today reveals a new artistic side in a dazzling first EP under her own name, “999,” entirely in French, which she wrote, composed, and produced entirely herself. Infused with the nostalgia of an era when popular music was subversive and poetic, SANTA surprises and shakes up the rules in a singular style, neo-variety. She speaks in French for the first time and, in a burst of rage and sensitivity, she sincerely tells of odes to love, calls for emancipation, and hymns to joy. SANTA is the unique voice of a performer who pays tribute to what made the golden years of French variety so great: melody & great voices.
