On July 7, 2001, Rosa Passos gave two concerts at the famous Copenhagen Jazzhouse, one of the best jazz clubs in Europe for more than 25 years. These concerts were part of a major summer tour across Europe, during which Rosa performed at the most prestigious jazz festivals. This highlight bears witness to the impact Rosa Passos has on audiences as soon as one has the privilege of discovering her talent live. At once intimate and powerful, she performs a repertoire blending her own compositions and the great classics of Bossa Nova, thus providing the ideal setting for her artistic expression. This recording at the Jazzhouse shows her at her very best, surrounded by her band.
